Jennifer Presser is an award-nominated Casting Director with a passion for discovering exceptional talent on a global scale. Specializing in international casting for film and television, she is known for connecting projects with actors across borders, particularly throughout the UK, Europe, and the United States. With extensive industry knowledge across the US, British, and European markets, she provides a unique perspective that amplifies projects on a global level through the talent she casts.

 

Jennifer’s career began when she was hired to work on her first studio feature film straight out of university — a moment that set the course for everything that followed. Soon after, she moved to Los Angeles, where she spent the next decade learning from and collaborating with some of the industry’s most respected casting directors.

 

In 2019, she launched Break Away Casting, driven by a desire to approach casting differently — with innovation, inclusivity, and bold, out-of-the-box thinking at the core. Her work has earned multiple Artios Award nominations, including for Claws (TNT), Girls Room, and Josiah.

 

In early 2023, she boldly moved to London, UK, to expand her company and bring a new perspective to the casting industry across borders.
